The weekend before
Thanksgiving we drove down to Denver to catch a flight east to join
Nana, Papa, and Uncle Todd
for Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful day when we arrived in
Denver, and we stopped to
visit the Denver Aquarium.

It was VERY cool! We walked
through giant tubes surrounded by fish. WOW!

Jeremy excitedly pointed out
his favorite fish to his pal Yankee Bear...

There were coral tunnels to
crawl through...

and ice cream at the end of
the visit!!

(Yankee Bear likes ice
cream!)
Outside of the Aquarium was
an octopus bouncy castle!!!

We love a bouncy castle!
Editor's note:
Before we left for our
Thanksgiving trip we asked the boys if they remembered anything about
Nana & Papa's house. Alex
thought for a moment, then said that he remembered a pond in the
backyard, and he remembered
throwing rocks in the pond.
We were amazed -- that was a
year and half ago, when he was just one year old. We have not
shown him pictures from that
visit nor talked about the pond, so he was not merely remembering
our memories of the trip, he
was remembering the trip itself.
This confirms our view that
every adventure the boys have leaves an impact on them, no matter
how young they are.
