On Sunday afternoon we baked
Spludge Cookies with Mummy!
Baking cookies with Mummy is
even more fun than eating cookies!
First we grabbed big lumps of
dough, then we pounded it down into round shapes
while shouting SPLUDGE! Round
and round and round and SPLUDGE!
(Spludge Cookies were
invented by Mummy, because she knows what little boys like to do!)
Just to make certain that the
dough was Just Right, we did a bit of sampling as we spludged.
Unfortunately Yankee Bear
sampled so much dough that he plopped over and fell asleep,
right in the middle of the
table.
When our cookies were all
ready to bake we spread them out on an oven tin.
(SPLUDGE!)
And then Mummy slid the tin
into the Very Hot Oven.
When the dinger rang, our
Spludge Cookies were ready!!
We had to wait while the
cookies cooled down,
then it was time to dine!
YUMMY!
We think that when we grow up
we might be Cookie Chefs!
SPLUDGE!!!
