It's Saturday morning,
and we helped Daddy eat his breakfast...
then we all walked down
to the Farmers' Market for our regular Saturday Morning Kettle Corn
expedition.
When we got home from the
Market Mummy & Daddy told us they had a Special Surprise for us!
We all got in the car and
drove up to Snowmass for Octoberfest. (We told Mummy & Daddy
that
we thought it was only
September. They told us if we stopped asking questions we might get
a
bratwurst. We liked the
sound of that -- even if we don't know what a bratwurst is.)
There were people walking
around Snowmass in funny outfits, which Mummy kept making snide
comments about.
There was a bouncy castle
for us to play in. We LOVE bouncy castles!
(Alex is VERY GOOD at
bouncing!)
Then we had a bratwurst
lunch...
Now we know what a
bratwurst is. We love them! (Alex ate TWO. Plus potato salad.)
We sat and listened to a
German oompah band from Vail.
and Jeremy danced his
special Polka Dance!
(he also told Mummy that
one day he would like to play in an oompah band. Maybe accordion!)
