East Coast Roadtrip

NYC / Corning / Saratoga -- October 9-19, 2003

Please visit our feedback page!

The boys have heard lots about NYC from all their buddies who live there, and about Corning -- where Scott grew up,

and about Saratoga Springs -- home of Skidmore College.  But they had never been to any of those places.

They asked us why not, and we couldn't think of a good reason. So off we went...

The boys had their first dinner in a Japanese restaurant in midtown (they ordered milk).

The boys found using chopsticks exhausting:

But they rallied the next day to cheer on the Yankees in the World Series!

We visited Alex's godfather Peter at his office>

Marty & Maura & Patrick all came to hotel to play>

The boys went for their first NYC cab ride...

to visit the Zavins!

On a sunny Saturday morning we had breakfast outdoors with Jefferson & Susan>

Next stop on our roadtrip was Nana & Papa's house in Corning:

Our final stop was in Saratoga Springs, for the inauguration of the new President

of Skidmore College and to visit our friends Don & Judy McCormack.
